Beet caramel into gastric of Hibiscus

Ingredients :
- Red Beets.
- Hector Poulet's Hibiscus Vinegar.
- Sugar.
Preparation :
Cut beets peeled approximately square and wet with height 3/4 of water and 1/4 of Hector Poulet's hibiscus vinegar.

Salt and pepper to cook 4 minutes (0h 04) after the ebullition.

Then mix 30 seconds (0h 01) and put the contents in Chinese to withdraw the juice from them. (do not hesitate with well supporting with your ladle)

Then weigh your juice and weigh the same weight in sugar.

Then pour the whole in your pan and make cook to caramel.

Withdraw fire then and add 2 soup spoons of cool water while stirring up to stop of it the cuisson.

Excellent for example with the nice ones of pig out of casserole of steaks of hind or a calf's liver stove.
