Ingredients :
- 750 g of potatoes.
- 4 egg yolks.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- Oil.
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
- Salt and pepper.
Preparation :

Fun for kids !



Peel the potatoes, wash, dry and grate with a mandolin.

Salt and pepper.

Add the finely chopped garlic, parsley and egg yolks.

Mix well and shape into round patties.

In a large skillet, heat oil moderately. Sauté them gently on both side cover pan and cook for about 10 minutes (0h 10).

These crispy cookies can be served as an accompaniment.
Recommendation :
Allow to cook a front side of the wafer back !
