Ingredients :
- 750 g of potatoes.
- 4 egg yolks.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- Oil.
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
- Salt and pepper.
Preparation :
Fun for kids !
Peel the potatoes, wash, dry and grate with a mandolin. Salt and pepper. Add the finely chopped garlic, parsley and egg yolks. Mix well and shape into round patties. In a large skillet, heat oil moderately. Sauté them gently on both side cover pan and cook for about 10 minutes
