Soup of champenoise region

Ingredients :
- A bottle of Champagne or Cremant.
- A ladle of Cointreau.
- A ladle of pressing lemon juice.
- A ladle of cane sugar.
Preparation :

An excellent cocktail(cocktail party), but regrettably treacherous !

The day before, to mix in a bowl the ladle of Cointreau, the ladle of lemon juice, the ladle of cane sugar then to put Champagne or the Cremant and to leave the whole with the cool for at least 8 hours (8h 00).

Put in a bowl in the first one the mixture then Champagne or the Cremant and add one or two handles of deep-frozen red berries.

Serve very freshly, to the ladle, in cups.
