Compote of fennel in five berries

Tms Preparation : 20 minutes
Tms Cook : 110 minutes
Ingredients :
- 1 kg of fennel.
- 50 cl of broth of hen.
- 5 spoonful with soup of cane sugar.
- 2 spoonful with soup of mixture five berries or mixture of abbot Roze.
- Grey of Salt Hector Poulet.
Preparation :
Slice thinly finely the ready fennel (Detail your bulbs of fennel by taking care of deleting the outside par (foot, leaf, and envelope); keep only the soft part) and rinse it.

Place the fennel in a pan and cover it with the broth.

Add the sugar, the mixture five berries (or the mixture of abbot Roze) , Salt.

Carry in boiling then let compoter on average fire for thirty minutes (0h 30 ) .

Fill small jars and sterilize during one hour (1h 00) .
Recommendation :
This compote will go perfectly with some fish.
