Narrow-minded tender to the salmon

Tms Preparation : 10 minutes
Tms Cook : 20 minutes
Ingredients :
- 120 g of salmon filet in box (drained) .
- 2 spoonful with soup of tomato puree.
- 50 g of single cream.
- 70 g of worn Emmenthal cheese.
- 4 eggs.
- 1 shallot.
- Salt and pepper of the mill.
Preparation :
Preheat your oven in 180 ░ Celsius (th. 6).

Mix all the ingredients to have a homogeneous dough.

Distribute the mixture in a mould with mini-muffins in silicone.

Cook 20 minutes.

Turn out and serve freshly.
Recommendation :
The salmon can be replaced by quite other type of cooked fish.

Recommended Wine : Sauvignon de Touraine
