Candies of Rillette of Duck in the Chinese Cabbage

- 12 cabbage leaves Chinese.
- 12 teaspoons of rillette of duck.
- 50 g of cucumber.
- Grey of Salt.
Peel the cucumber and remove pips.
Cut it in small dices and place them in a sieve with a little salt.
Let soak 5 minutes (0h 05) and rinse.
Plunge cabbage leaves Chinese 1 time (0h 01) in some salty boiling water.
And cool them.
Mix rillette with the cucumber.
Realize small balls and wrap them in rags(cabbage leaves) Chinese.
Reserve for the refrigerator the 1 hour (1h 00) and have a rough time in the apéritif.
The proportions indicated in these recipe are an average dosage and according to the taste are to be adapted.
