But faith of Hectorine, I prefer cerneaux (The almond consists of two cerneaux) in an almond in crumb !

The matter is simple; you just have to break the walnut on the round part and not as by reflex on the nervure and the almond goes out intact (or almost).

The walnut is very rich in omega 3 and 6, but very calorie also !

Ps: more simply, place the walnut on the nutcracker on the nervure and turn of a third; it is enough !
